Design Review Request

Design Review Request Instructions

It is extremely important that ALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES be approved by the Association. This is a requirement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The intent of this requirement is not to hinder people from freedom of choice but to ensure their choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community. An attractive, harmonious community will be a desirable place in which to live, and will also prove to be a better investment over time than one in which architectural control is not enforced.

To make a request, complete a Design Review Request Form. When filling out the form, include as much specific
information as possible. Be sure to include:
  • Size/Measurements
  • Location
  • Materials to be Used
  • Color
A general rule of thumb is this, imagine you are on the Committee and you are reviewing the submission. Do you have everything necessary to visualize the completed project so you can make a judgment? If there are no unanswered questions in your mind based on the submission, then it is likely your submission will be acceptable. Please review the file folder below for all our Association's Architectural Review Documents.

When the form is complete, please mail it and all backup documents to:

Ridgewood Hills Master Association
c/o MSI
11002 Benton St.
Westminster, CO 80020

Or email it to your Community Manager, Russ Bartz at RidgewoodHillsManagement@Msihoa.com

It is each homeowner's responsibility to obtain construction permits as required by the city in which they live prior to beginning work.

If you have any questions about the form or about the review process, please email or call your Community Manager: Russ Bartz
