With the approaching political elections, we are providing the Association rules, which are in keeping with state law, regarding political signs. Signs may be placed in residential yards only (not in common areas) no sooner than 45 calendar days prior to the election, must be removed no later 4 days following the election, may be no larger than 8 square feet of face area, and cannot be illuminated. In addition there may be only one sign per candidate or ballot issue.

There are two positions on the HOA Board that are up for election this year. The election, by the delegates will take place at the September Board Meeting. If you would like to be considered for one of the positions, please submit a Board Member Questionnaire to Russ Barts NOT LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 12, 2008

Gallegos Sanitation is the only authorized provider of trash collection services in Ridgewwod Hills. They have provided the HOA with a contract rate for the next 4 years. Call 970-484-5556 to get details of the Ridgewood Contract or to arrange for pickup service.

The ACC Review Changes document contains the type of changes that must be approved by the Ridgewood Hills HOA board before work begins.
